0b111 years old in Tinkoff

Seven is a beautiful number that fits into three bits:) And exactly so many years ago, I started a new job in Tinkoff. I came to the position of engineering manager to deal with attraction projects. My supervisor was Kirill Bobrov, our VP of Acquisition at the time. Cyril had Napoleonic plans and I knew for sure that I would not be bored. But 7 Years ago, I didn’t expect to stay in the company. 7 years. The problem was that since childhood, it was important for me to be interested - I swallowed books in packs, studied chess, participated in Olympiads in all subjects, towards the end of school I studied at the ZFTS at Phystech, ... in general, I did everything so that it was not boring. Even at uni I went to work and usually it turned out that the average job before Tinkoff I changed once in a while. 2 years.

I came to Tinkoff in a period of growth and my area of responsibility was constantly changing. I felt like more than just an engineering manager, but rather a manager of continuous change with the motto “reassemble yourself and your team or die.” But as soon as I faced a new challenge, I got another one. This happened about every one and a half to two years. As a result, I am now the CTO of a large division, but more importantly, I am still interested in going to work and that is what keeps me at Tinkoff - I just want to know what we are capable of as a company as a whole and how I can contribute to these results.
