3 AImigo S1E8: AI-native — what does it mean for a company? (#Management)

Give employees AI tools — and the company is AI-native? Or do you need to rethink how its product, processes, and teams work?

On Friday, October 2, we'll discuss AI-native companies in a 3 AImigo live stream. We'll try to understand what the term means and how it changes the way we build and grow a business. There will be three of us: Evgeny Sergeev, Alexey Litvinov, and me. We bring different perspectives: managing a large engineering organization, putting AI-Assisted Engineering into practice, and AI4SDLC architecture. We won't look for a single “right” picture — we'll compare our views.

We'll discuss: - How an AI-native company differs from a company that makes extensive use of AI. - What to build differently if you're starting a business from scratch today. - How to approach this transformation in an organization that's already operating. - Where AI gives a business new opportunities, and what needs to change in the work of people and agents to make that possible. Three hosts, three perspectives: Evgeny Sergeev, Alexey Litvinov, and Alexander Polomodov.

Join the stream. In the meantime, tell us in the comments: what sign would convince you that a company has become AI-native?
