This book by Mark Schwartz I have read for quite a long time, but still did not reach the hand to write a review. But I recently got a paper version of the book and now I can't help it:)

The book itself is very cool and built on a simple question: We’re all talking about autonomous cross-functional teams that work on Agile. We build teams to develop our products that business needs. But where in the world is the place for tech executives? For example, CIO, CTO, ... Actually, this whole book is devoted to discussing a place at the table for them, at the table for top management.

The book itself consists of three parts and 14 Chapters that have spoken names Part I - Finding the Table

  2. Kept From The Table
  3. A Nimble Approach To The Table Part II - Earning The Seat
  4. Planning
  5. Requirements
  6. Transformation
  7. Enterprise Architecture
  8. Build Versus Buy
  9. Governance And Oversight
