Agile Patterns

I have read a list of these patterns in DZone cardThere is also a website agilepatterns.org.

In short, in the first half. articles With DZone, the author highlights templates that help organize development by agile. Everyone always talks about them, so I won’t list them here. But in the last pages, the author talks about the anti-patterns that can die. ..to do all our work to build processes:) Among these anti-patterns are Cherry Picking - team members choose the most "delicious" tasks from the backlog instead of the top priorities Death March is a continuation of a project that is no longer needed, but on which a lot of effort was spent and it is pathetic to close it. Disguised Project - a project that the customer tries to push through as a routine task

• Micromanagement, that's clear.) Unbounded Timebox – Undefined boundaries for completing a project
• Undefined Done - ooh.k.k. and in production:) And a lot of tech debt out there. Unlimited WIP - Unlimited scope of work Unresolved Proxy - many customers without one responsible product Waterscrumfall is a hybrid of waterfall and scrum, found to be unviable in the open:)
