ArchInsight at Leman Tech - Architecture Panel Discussion
A couple of weeks ago, I went to Lemana Tech. on The first offline mitap of architects called ArchInsightHe spoke about the future of architecture and architecture. Literally appeared today. record debates and posture The kids are talking about the event on their tg channel. Let me remind you that we managed to discuss the following topics in an hour.

- Architectural repository: how to make it a tool for everyone?
- Architect as a mediator between business and IT: how to speak the same language?
- Effective management of architectural change: from idea to implementation
In the discussion, we talked about a lot of different topics and specifically the book “The Software Architect Elevator” by Gregor Hohpe, which I wrote about earlier. The point was that the architect should not take off from the ground and go away in fantasy on the N-th floor of his tower, but should be close to the ground and go down to the engine room, where engineers work. It is funny that after the end of the confa, the speakers were given gifts in the bag "Do it yourself", where there were screwdrivers. In general, I understood the hint that words should not be at odds with deeds and I will definitely use this tool:)
