Architecture in T-Bank: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow – ArchDays 2024 (Category Architecture)

In this article I talk about our approaches to designing and building systems architectures. I'm at the T. 8 I've seen these processes evolve over time, and I know where we've come from. I identified the following four stages and explained how and why they alternated over time.

1. COTS (commercial of the shelf)
2. Your own software.
3. Platform Engineering
4. Large megaprojects and governance

Finally, I talked about the approaches of corporations and technology companies to the positions / roles of architects, and also shared my vision of how we should continue to develop.
