Code of Leadership 3 Herding Cats

It seems that with the evolution of IT and information systems, we face new problems and solve them with new methodologies. However, if you stop and look at the experience of previous years, it turns out that the basic problems are absolutely the same. The key methods of problem solving and leadership development remain the same. "How to Herd Cats" is not new - the author presents his experience more than 20 Summertime. But the lack of modern methodologies and names allows us to understand that the key problems are the same, and the methods of solving do not depend on the name of the methodology.
