Code of Leadership 8 Interview with Andrey Tsybin about Statist (product analytics)

In Eighth Edition of Code of Leadership I spoke with my colleague, Andrey Tsybin, CTO of product analytics and a/b platform in Tinkoff. In this interview, Andrey recalls how he began his career in the company, how he got involved with Statist, which was originally intended for performance metrics, and then became a full-fledged replacement for Amplitude and the de facto standard at Tinkoff. In this issue, we did not talk about our a/b platform, so in the next interview about six months Andrey will talk about it separately.
