On Tuesday, September 29 at 10:00 Moscow time, we will go live with Leonid Chernyy, author of the Irregular CDO channel (@irregular_cdo), to discuss a situation in which the role is already new and the responsibility is already yours, while the team understands the subject better than you do. Leonid's background spans game testing and production at Nival, Yandex's launch in Turkey, Rambler, data work at MegaFon and Uzum, and operations management at oneFactor. It will be interesting to trace that path and understand what helped him with each change of field and what he had to learn from scratch.
