Today at 11:00, there will be a live Code of Leadership stream with Dima Tverdokhlebov, founder of Omnius.team, formerly a product leader at VK and head of AI at MTS (@dimatverdai).

We will discuss how a leader changes when they start building their own company after working in large organizations. The transition itself is what interests me: which skills help, which habits need to go, and what happens to your management beliefs when you are the one setting the rules.

We will start with Dima's career: game development, YouDo, Yandex, Evotor, VK, and MTS. How did he move from working on products to taking responsibility for people? Which decisions were difficult, and why did he eventually decide to leave corporate employment? Then we will move on to his own team, people, and AI agents.

We will discuss these questions - Where do you reach the limit of doing everything yourself, even with several agents at hand? - What can you delegate to a model, who checks the result, and how does work continue without the founder's constant involvement? - Who do you hire for a team like this? That immediately raises questions about how a solution is selected, how participants are paid, and how competition can coexist with knowledge sharing. And who maintains what they build afterwards?

We will also discuss the boundary between a quick pilot and a service running at a client's company: what remains after the demo, who handles integration, and how to judge the result. We will ask Dima to walk us through specific decisions and explain what he would do differently today.
