A funny book I read ten years ago. It is about refactoring the sales department of the Russian division of a large foreign company. And although the book is filled with promotional inserts about the training of one of the co-authors, the first half of the book reads well - it outlines a rather analytical approach to distribution, development of departments within the company, training employees within the company, organization of dedicated departments. But the second half of the book seemed to me a thrash - it tells about how to zombie your employees, using methods like various sects.

In general, it was interesting to read the book, but ... here with the second half of the book you need to be careful:)
