If you suddenly want to learn project management, I recommend reading the book.Rita Mulcahy's PMP® Exam Prep, Tenth Edition" This is an excellent book on project management in general, even though the title mentions preparation for the PMP exam:) Funny how the style of this book is great for most people, at a time when the PMBOK Guide (Official knowledge of project management) It reads with such a squeak that it seems to be written for reading by people with obsessive compulsive personality disorder obsessed with this particular book. (otherwise). In general, the PMBOK is worth reading once, but to understand the subject, you should carefully study Rita’s PMP Exam Prep:)

P.S. I took the PMP project management exam five years ago to become a certified project manager, and Rita’s book helped me a lot:)
