On September 23 at 13:00 Moscow time, we will go live with Fedor Sukharev and discuss which parts of a technology leader's experience carry over into a new industry. What has to be reconsidered when, after a trading platform, you take on a car and then an insurance product?

Fedor will describe his path from his first tasks at CBOSS and work at Orange to OTC.ru, Arrival, and QIC digital hub. What interests me most is how the very meaning of “the product is ready,” the acceptable margin for error, and responsibility for the outcome change.

- At Arrival, we will trace one feature from requirements and code to its operation in a car. Where do dependencies between software, electronics, and the physical device arise? What do you do when every team has finished its part but the whole still does not work? And how do you lead when the company's plans and resources change? - At QIC, we will discuss digital insurance products: why they need a shared platform, how to develop it alongside legacy systems, and how teams agree on priorities.
