This is where the real architecture begins: integration, audit trail, MCP/A2A, access rights, and responsibility for action. 3️⃣ Agents for your customers Instead of scripted agents, a concept concierge agent is proposed that remembers the context, watches CRM, logistics, billing and can proactively solve the issue. For a product, this is important because the value will be in secure access to enterprise data. 4️⃣ Agents for security SOC (security operation center) It should move from the inspection of allerts to a semi-autonomous detection, triage, investigation, response cycle. The trend is important, as agents are needed to speed up protection, but at the same time requires new control rules. 5️⃣ Agents for scale Buying a platform is not enough, but you need training, new roles, critical thinking, governance, and clear rules about what agents can do.

The bottom line is that the report itself isn’t very useful on its own, but it shows that agent development is already making its way to enerprise Google Cloud customers:)
