8 August will be held in Moscow IT Picnic - summer festival, which T-Bank makes for IT specialists and their loved ones: lecture halls, interactive areas and music on the grass at the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve. I’m giving a talk on “Development after AI”: I’ll tell you how AI is now in development – in the industry in general and in T-Bank in particular – and present our AI4SDLC Research study. 2026.

First the report. AI is changing not only how we write code, but also the development model itself: bottlenecks are shifting from writing code to setting tasks, validating results, and organizing development. Based on the experience of development transformation in T-Bank and global trends, we will analyze what is already changing in the industry: why agent-based SDLC appears, why specifications are returning and what the engineering platform will become in the coming years.

Now for the research. This is our view of the transition from point AI assistants to agent development, where engineers formulate tasks and agents perform them under human control. We're going two tracks: a meta-study of publications 2026 A survey in the logic of DORA, expanded on the autonomy of agents, the division of labor and the cost of verification.

And the festival itself. In addition to engineering lectures - from generative AI to cybersecurity - there will be science-pop (among speakers Mikhail Gelfand and Maxim Krongauz), dozens of interactive and musical lineup with LAB headliner Anton Belyaev. By ticket you can come with loved ones: one adult and two children before 16 years. Half the cost of the ticket goes to the charity fund "Galchonok".

When and where: 8 August, Moscow, Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve, my report 14:00 In the lecture “Engineering Productivity”. Participation is paid, applications are moderated - so better register beforehand.

In general, come listen to where the development with AI is going, and talk in person - I will be glad to see you.
