That's the kind of report I'm making today. 15:40 at the conferenceDream Teamlead" from Yandex. I will talk about how engineering processes are changing now and what this means for the industry and for the conditional team, which now needs to be able to work in the format of Software Engineering. 1.0, but also in a new format. It's great that the guys will be available. livestream

In general, my speech will consist of four parts.

1How does the industry feel? Here I will tell you about our AI4SDLC study, which we conducted at the end of last year, which consisted of a meta-study and a survey of about a thousand respondents from all over Russia. We wanted to answer questions. In what tasks AI is used most often, and where is it rare? How Productivity and Quality Changes Relate (surveys, telemetry, experiments)? How trust in AI code is linked to verification practices (Review, tests, quality gates)? What elements of the process turn an individual effect into a team effect? The results are available. here

2From classic PDLC to AI-native development Here I’ll talk about the industry’s shift from classical processes to AI-native, what it looks like and why it’s happening. Here I will share signals from Western bigtech companies, and also tell you how we are going in about the same direction. On this subject I have detail On my website, tellmeabout.tech.

3From AI-native development to AI-native organization Here I will talk about how, following the development processes, the design of companies begins to change. Here again there will be signals from Western big tech companies + reflections on why this is happening, what advantages it gives and what issues need to be solved. On this subject I have detail On my website, tellmeabout.tech.

4How the role of the team is changing In the last part, I'm going to talk about how the role of the teammate changes with these changes, because it now has to do more than just assign tasks - it now designs a development outline or a human-agent system. I don’t have an article about this yet, but I will definitely write it as follow up to this report.

P.S. I don’t have time to talk about changes in task management in the report, but I’ve already published an article on my website, tellmeabout.tech.From Classic Task Management in Jira to AI-native Task Management (Examples of Atlassian and Linear)“ which addresses this interesting issue.

P.P.S. If you are on the phone, you can catch me and talk, and if you are online, you can watch the report in the broadcast.
