How RnD Appears in Big IT Companies

I am sharing a report with this title today at the Tinkoff Open House in Yerevan. When I was writing the paper, it sounded like this.  Why do large IT companies do RnD?  At what point does RnD appear and what does it look like?  What are the challenges facing RnD?  How can innovation be implemented and how can it be made effective?
