Zanzibar: Google's Consistent, Global Authorization System
As part of our study of Distributed Systems at the Code of Architecture book club, we talked about security issues and briefly discussed authorization. At the time, it seemed to us that the authors of the book, Tanenbaum and van Steen, had missed a rather important model called ReBAC. (Relationship-Based Access Control). The popularity of this model came after Google 2019 Zanzibar: Google's Consistent, Global Authorization System. So we ended up doing a separate issue of Code of Architecture to discuss this document, and Sammari about the release I did. written Just now on my blog. Video version of this issue available YouTube.
