My experience as a teammate

Continuing past Let me tell you a little bit about my experience with Thames: I first became a team leader about ten years ago when I was working on a website called Woman.ru. There was an interesting configuration with the adoption of the project from the contractor, and then the creation of the inhouse team for further development and customization of the site of this publication. In the jump, the team was fine. 10 a man, but he fell very close at the border. 2014-2015 years due to financial turmoil

  • Then I switched to Banks.ru He was the team leader of the team responsible for banking, insurance, telecommunications ratings and other UGC. It was an interesting experience of systematic work on the debt:) But after a year and a half, I got tired of fighting him, and the promised large product did not start. From Banki.ru I went to a small startup about advertising, affiliate marketing. (CPA) about installing mobile applications. In this startup, I was ala deputy CTO, although in fact it was the same position as a team leader, simply responsible for all IT in the company, including infrastructure, development processes, hiring and training and so on. Za. 4 I was as tired as a year in a startup. (I realized that the chaos of startups is not for me.). Eventually, I left the startup, leaving the salary for the past month to one of the co-founders, who explained the deduction with the phrase “we counted on you”:)

Then I came to Tinkoff, but here I was not a team leader – I immediately came to the position of technical head of several teams. And I have never regretted joining the company – I think this is the most productive time of my career, both in terms of management and technical development.)

By the way, I often spoke on the topic of team leaders and other managers. Here are my presentations in chronological order.
