I was yesterday at the event "On the move ahead", which organized our T-Private together with European chess champion Ernesto Inarkiev. The guest of the meeting was Ding Liren, Chinese grandmaster, world chess champion and two-time winner of the World Chess Olympiad. The first part of the meeting was an interview that Dean Dijen gave to Ernesto Inarkiev. It discussed what factors helped Dean reach the pinnacle of his chess career, how he organized his work, and what his future plans were. Definitely, the interview was interesting, but even more interesting was the second part of the meeting, where Dean gave a session of simultaneous play on the subject. 20 boards. I took one of the boards and moves for thirty got a mate, and after the game also an autograph:) In the intervals before the meeting and after the session, I was able to talk with colleagues, as well as Ernesto Inarkiev, whom I had a couple of years ago. took personal lessons in the framework of his program "Effective Thinking" and his colleague, Valera Reshetnikov, with whom they develop the project lifescience.pro. Anyway, I really enjoyed this evening.
