I recently talked about a book called Digital @ Scale by consultants at McKinsey, and today I decided to recall a book called Digital Transformation Game Plan by the guys at ThoughtWorks.
It is interesting to compare the accents that top consultants put in strategic consulting. (McKinsey) and top consultants in the digital world, or rather in the development of software (ThoughtWorks). I think the thoughtworks approach is closer:)
