Unexpected Children's Books That Adults Will Enjoy Too

Today I was sorting through the children's library at home, and here is a selection of less obvious children's books that adults will enjoy too:

  1. Dr. Seuss, “This Is Only the Beginning” — the best motivational reading if you have forgotten what it is like to find yourself and not be afraid of making mistakes

  2. Debi Gliori, “No Matter What” — for moments when you feel lonely and simply want warmth and the assurance that you are loved

  3. Jean-Luc Fromental, “Don't Be Late, Bear” — a chance to laugh a little at our endless race and also consider how much power time has over us

  4. Daniela Kunkel, “The Little We” — about how one person cannot do everything alone, and how friendship creates something else: our shared “we”

What makes them wonderful is not just their meaning, but also the fact that each takes only 3–5 minutes to read and can bring pleasure for the entire day ❤️
