We talked about microservices and granularity, remembering the book "Learning Domain Driven Design" Serverless and Event Driven Architecture We talked about how to work with distributed workflow, remembering the book Software Architecture: The Hard Parts. We ended the discussion of a more disciplined approach to designing through ADR and RFC by recalling Michael Nygard’s famous post titled Documenting Architecture Decisions.
