This book by Brian Fitzpatrick and Ben Collins-Sussman came out more 10 Years ago, but I read it years ago. 6 back. The authors aim to help programmers develop programs more efficiently and efficiently by developing the ability to understand, communicate and collaborate with other people. But Peter, in his translation, points to the subtitle “How to assemble a team of programmers from geeks” – what you can not do to make the book better sold:) The authors wanted to talk about the importance of software skills for developers, and the guys from Peter wanted to sell this book to more technical executives and shifted the focus to team building.
