A Human-Centered Approach to Developer Productivity

I recently read an interesting article published in the summer. 2023 There were quite banal theses, but interesting conclusions:) Ciera Jaspan and Collin Green (two Google leads) We talked about the fact that “software developers are human after all” and therefore it is necessary to look at the questions of productivity of developers not just from a mechanistic position, but to approach it in a human way:) They covered “the impact of different engineering tools, infrastructure, processes, and best practices on engineering productivity,” and announced a series of articles about how it works at Google.
