Review of whitepaper "Developer Productivity for Humans, Part 2: Hybrid Productivity"(Category Management)

I continue to read and write about the articles in the developer productivity series. review of the first whitepaper “A Human-Centered Approach to Developer Productivity”. In the second whitepaper with a header "Hybrid Productivity" It’s about hybrid work and how it affects developer productivity. It was a hot topic during the pandemic, but it’s still relevant: some companies work in a hybrid approach, combining office visits and remote work, and some return everyone to offices. (You can think of the Amazon I am talking about. wrote before).

In general, the approach of the guys from Google is interesting in itself, and also contains interesting conclusions obtained on the basis of quality research work. You can read more about it in the my review.
