Basics of Theory U (The Essentials of Theory U. Core Principles and Applications)

Three years ago, I read the book "Fundamentals of Theory U" by Otto Sharmer. 2019 Published in the year by MIF. At the time, I found the book to be too esoteric, with systemic thinking intertwined with “updating our psychological and organizational operating systems across all sectors of society.” The original book on the theory of U is three times the size of the book on the Fundamentals and probably even more confused, but the "Fundamentals of the theory of U" reads well and consists of three parts:

1. The basis of field vision is the knowledge of the internal state from which our actions flow.
2. The method of systemic changes that take into account consciousness - methods and tools for the initiator of change
3. Understanding evolutionary transformations in society - about global changes and the U.lab initiative

In general, an interesting book ... to expand consciousness
