"The Magician's Nephew" (eng. The Magician's Nephew)

I recently bought a fat book for the kids with all the novels from the Chronicles of Narnia series by Clive Staples Lewis. We used this collection to read bedtime stories to children and have already read the first novel. **"The Magician's Nephew"**It is the first in the series, but was written as the sixth of seven books. It seems to me that as a child I started reading this series with the canonical book “The Lion, the Koldunya and the Wardrobe” and there immediately began an interesting story. But if you start with a prequel, it immediately becomes clear.

• How Narnia came into being. (There is no parallel with Christianity.)
• How the White Witch got in. (Adam's children are to blame.) Why the Wardrobe had the properties of connecting different worlds

In total, my children and I coped with this novel and reached the book “The Lion, the Koldunya and the Wardrobe”, which went more interesting. But I recommend the whole series of books:)
