Public interview on troubleshooting for SRE engineers on DevOops

In early September, DevOops conference I will conduct a public interview on treadshutting. I will interview my colleague Salikh Fakhrutdinov, who is responsible for reliability in our origination platform. We decided to do this interview to show how we at Tinkoff are conducting one of the interviews for SRE engineers, namely the interview with the work in the incident. I told about this type of interview at the conference Devops Conf and did a transcript in his article. The scenario of such an interview looks something like this:

1. According to legend, the candidate and the interviewer work together in the SRE team. The candidate plays Lead and the interviewer plays Junior.
2. In fact, according to the same legend, Lead leaves for a conference, and Junior remains on duty.
3. Then there is an incident that they solve together.

In this public interview, Salih and I will demonstrate this in practice:)
