In this episode, we will look at the last three chapters. In chapter eight,TemplatesThe author will tell you about 8 There are some templates that will help you to “buy” your strategy: One-Slider is a template for presenting everything on one slide so that it is clear to both top managers and your teams. Use Case Map – Decomposing your initiatives to specific value for your end users Directional Costing – A pattern for being able to rate your initiatives or those of top executives who have asked you to rate Priority Map – A simple approach to prioritize your Use Cases that you have displayed on the Use Case Map Technology Radar - a tool for visualizing your technological solutions and tools used, as well as a tool for their governance Build/Buy/Partner - an approach to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of buying software, creating it yourself or in partnership Due Diligence – Approach to evaluating what you plan to buy or for internal use, to assess how attractive your product looks within Due Diligence and what are the growth points Architecture Definition – An approach to meaningful work on the architecture of your systems, somewhat reminiscent of the story with RFC and ADR

In chapter nine “DecksThe author tells you how to make your speeches for the public. He talks about six approaches. Ghost Deck – an approach to creating presentations, starting with slide titles and moving on to the essence Ask Deck is an approach to how to make presentations in which you request something, such as resources for your next bright idea. Strategy Deck: How to prepare a presentation with a strategy (Spoiler: Apply most of the patterns in this book and further combine their results) Roadmap - an approach for drawing up roadmaps using Backcasting and other patterns as next on the list Tactical Plan - a simplified approach to drawing up plans, like a project plan from a standard approach to project management MergeSort Meeting - an approach to how to conduct a general meeting not head-on through BrainStorming, but more effectively

In the last chapter,Bringing It All TogetherThe author shows how all patterns are related and groups them into three levels according to use cases: Individually – patterns that can benefit one by one In clusters – patterns that are useful when grouped together Comprehensively – Patterns that are only useful when applied to most of the other patterns in this book
