Today I finished reading Michael Pouelaa’s book How to Make Friends with Your Head.
The provocative title seems to imply that the reader should have a request for treatment of the psychological disorders with which this book is intended to help. If you read the English title, it all falls into place - the book is called "How to Boost Your Brain".) And I chose this book because I'm very sensitive to the possibility of further improving the efficiency of the brain in general and my thinking in particular:) The book is presented 50 mini-articles, which tell the basics about the anatomy of the brain, proper nutrition for its work, proper sleep, memory improvement, overcoming cogntivine distortions, thinking patterns and so on:) In general, the book is like a box of candy assortment, which has a lot of candy with different flavors and you can try different to understand which taste you like better. In addition, the book has an excellent visual design and it is pleasant to hold, read and consider illustrations - this is a common feature of the books of the publishing house MYTH:)
In general, I recommend this book, which has a poketbook format, contains everything. 150 It touches so many pages that you will definitely find something new and interesting for yourself.
