T-Sync conference - photo (Category Engineering)

Today I looked at the photos from the conference and realized that it turned out to be large-scale. Plus, the new format brought a breath of fresh air. Conventional conferences focus on the broadcast approach to broadcasting knowledge - from speaker to others. And even though they talk about networking, it's focused on collecting free staff from the stands. Our confa was focused on questions and answers - to gain knowledge, visitors had to go and ask questions to real engineers, what the presented systems did. Yes, we had engineering discussions and the challenge was getting the headphones that everyone was missing. Plus, we had t-hack and other interactive activities that required engagement.

As a result, we liked the format and will repeat it in the future.
