Team Topologies

Three years ago, an interesting book was published by Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais, who suggest using the Team-First approach in the design of software architecture and organization. A year and a half ago I read a book with great interest and wrote a brief sammari in three parts. — Teams as means of Delivery — Team Topologies that work for flow — Evolving team interactions for innovation and rapid delivery

And the other day, a paper version of the book arrived at me and I was finally able to flip through it not only in a tablet or laptop. Paper books are a different feeling:)
