Scientists joke

Today I finished reading a book about the jokes of scientists of different specialties, which contains interesting stories with sparkling jokes of famous scientists, funny cases with students and lecturers, just stories and scientific anecdotes. The authors were real scientists: B. S. Gorobets, Yu. A. Zolotov, S. N. Fedin, with an unreal sense of humor:) The book is a compilation of selected parts from four books.

• Mathematicians joke too. (4Ed. URSS, 2012) Soviet physicists are joking... At least not to joke. (2Ed. URSS, 2010)
• Chemists still joke. (6Ed. URSS, 2010)
• Geologists are joking... No kidding. (3Ed. URSS, 2011)

I loved the book, although I already knew some stories. Separately, it is worth noting that the presentation in the book is quite simple, so the book can be safely recommended to everyone who likes good humor:) Let me give you an example of a joke from the book that I liked. yesterday with Beria and his approach to splitting the pie.

The mathematician fills out a questionnaire: "Where do you work?" - Mathematical Institute. "What is your job?" - I study Fredholm's equations of the first kind "What is your hobby?" - Fredholm's equations of the second kind I like this joke because I have a similar relationship between work and hobbies.)
