This year, we’re seeing everything change under the influence of AI, and the development field itself is transforming the fastest. Expectations from line engineers are changing, but not only – and executives will have to change. And the logic here is simple: AI will not replace leaders on its own – leaders who have rebuilt under new conditions will replace those who did not want to or did not cope with it.
