Continuing with the topic of leadership growth, I decided to recall my previous speech.Solid Teamlid, or Management Basics for Technicians"on Teamlead Conf" 2021

In this talk, I talked about how to think about teams and employees through the basic principles of OOP and SOLID. In my report, I first formulated what this sounds like in the language of technology and how they can be reformulated for management, gave examples and showed what happens when they are violated and restored. The main idea of the report was to show the engineers that their technical knowledge will allow them to easily roll into the role of a team leader:)
