Last night I spoke at Tinkoff Meetup in Ryazan with an updated version of my report “Section Design as a Test of System Design Skills in Interviews”. This time I focused on how to prepare for the interview. To do this, I explained in more detail how it is evaluated and gave the materials that we use to onboard new interviewers. As a result of the speech, I decided to write a short article in the continuation of the previous one.
