Yesterday, I finished an article in which I talk about how I had the usual performance review process built in my development teams:)

I brought him to my teams of order. 5 Years ago, but I didn't have Medium or tg yet, so there was nowhere to share it. Interestingly, this process has not yet been adopted by us throughout the company. And I needed it to improve the effectiveness of my teams, and to motivate and explain to my developers how they can grow in our company. Interestingly, about three years ago, I told a conference about how I had a part of hiring and motivating employees built in Tinkoff, where I talked in detail about performance review as part of these processes.
