Workshop on Management 3.0 from Anton Zotin

A year ago I went through this workshop and I liked the material. Workshop expands your horizons well, and I am a little addicted about learning new things and absorbing new knowledge. I liked that the workshop was not in Miro, but was almost live with a flipchart and a presenter who drew on it:) Anton told many stories from the practice, of course they were happy endings and illustrated the basic concepts from the world of Management. 3.0But listening to them was interesting:) At the same time, I listened to the world of startups in Berlin, where the rate of growth is sometimes measured in the thousands of percent per year and you can only hope to organize yourself:) In general, three days were interesting and productive. After this workshop, I went to read the book "Management". 3.0Leading Agile Developers, Developing Agile Leaders by Jurgen Appelo
