Launching a podcast 3 AImigo: three views on AI and development (AI column)

We are launching a weekly podcast about AI in development and beyond. The three of us will lead it: Evgeny Sergeyev, Alexei Litvinov and I, Alexander Polomodov. We have different experiences and different perspectives, but the common interest is to understand how AI is actually changing engineering, products and management. Not at the level of model ratings and magic prompts, but where real codebases, limitations, responsibility and team implementation begin.

The composition for this was selected suitable: He is the Engineering Director at Flo. Zhenya looks at the issue from the position of managing a large engineering organization and thinks about how AI affects not an individual developer, but the entire development system. . Lyosha is a Principal Engineer and consultant on AI implementation in development, ex-Lyft and ex-EPAM. Its focus is AI-Assisted Engineering: How to turn experiments with coding agents into a reproducible process with context, specifications and validations. I'm Technical Director & Fellow. My passion is architecture, platform development, AI4SDLC and technological change at the scale of the corporation.

With each of us in the channel have already released separate podcasts. With Zhenya discussed why coding agents do not cancel the examination and how to build production-grade evals. Lyosha was dealt with by AI-Assisted Engineering and the work of the agent in a multi-step dialogue. I always talk about something:)

We will go live once a week and change formats: news review, deep immersion in one topic, analysis of practical cases or AMA-session. The most interesting thing, I think, will appear at the intersection of our positions - we do not have to agree on everything.
