We will discuss the introduction, in which the author tells about the target audience of this book and what he will say in it. Next, we will discuss the first chapter of Architect and Strategist, in which the author will talk about what the tasks of an architect and a strategist are and why these roles are very similar in our time. We will also analyze a five-step algorithm for conducting strategic analysis and presenting results. In the second chapter of Analysis we will talk about fundamental patterns for analysis, which include MECE lists, Logic Tree, Hypothesis. We will discuss how to use them in our work.
