Continue. first On the topic of the strategy module, I will tell you what we discussed yesterday. After Porterianism and Resources, we remembered Norton and Kaplan and their balanced scorecard. (balanced scorecard). This concept appeared in 90- the years and allowed to show business from four sides: finance, employees, customers, organization / processes We continued to talk about the narratives that drive the company forward. In terms of studying narratives, you can read Vladimir Propp’s book “The Morphology of a Fairy Tale”, in which he tells that all fairy tales essentially consist of a limited set of patterns that line up in a certain order. This allows the fairy tale to convey its metaphorical meaning to the audience. The narratives we create allow us to guide our strategy and the people in the company.) Speaking of Propp's book, I already have. told and recommended reading it. After that we remembered about the attitude to success in society and that it is determined by religion, and Christianity. (Catholicism and Orthodoxy) It's not really about success, it's more about overcoming and suffering. But Protestantism and Old Believers in this regard are just different from the mainstream in the direction of the fact that there to be successful is about:) Then we moved on to direct strategizing about our plans. 5 and 10 years. The point was to choose. 2 The main challenges, further select 2 Extreme alternatives in these challenges, and then build a 2x2 matrix and put expanding squares on it: less for the present moment, more for the future through the 5 years and the greatest future through 10 years. And then try to choose where you want to go through. 10 After a few years, you will know where you are. 5 years. And then analyze how the development of events should look to hit the target:) Interestingly, in order to build a strategy in this way, it is necessary to understand that the perception of success depends on two factors: rational and emotional. Many people remember the first one when they set ambitious goals, but the emotional part is forgotten. In the end, you can achieve all the attributes of success, but be a deeply unhappy person. The exercise that we did allowed us to go not just from the diet, but also to try to connect emotional perception.

  • It was fun to talk about how to tune in to a trio. What I have with my body now, how I feel (basal)?
  • What's with my emotions right now? (limbic)?
  • What's my intention now? (cortex)? It was interesting to see the strategy from therapy and coaching, past and future. The past - therapists work with it The future is where coaches work. The present - and here is a glade for religion, when they try to make the present moment more complete and stretch into prayer or meditation. The final part of yesterday was devoted to self-actualization and questions of form.
  • Who am I?
  • Where am I from?
  • Where should I go?
  • Why all this? And then Ephroimson and his impressionIt speaks about the information impact, early and super-early impressions of childhood, which determine the motives and direction of the personality for life, form interests, a scale of values, and with the positive influence of environmental factors lead to significant achievements in a particular field. It's cool to be able to remember what those impacts were, and that allows us to understand why we're so drawn to certain activities. At the end of the day, we wrote an essay about how we would celebrate. 70Anniversary: where, with whom, in what circumstances, and so on. It’s an interesting exercise to think about your future.

In general, yesterday was very interesting, and I will write about today’s sequel next time.
