45 managerial tattoo
A couple of years ago, I read this book by Maxim Batyrev in a couple of evenings. It was a good book, although quite obvious in a number of ways. I agree with most of these concepts, and the principles that are being questioned are quite cholivar.
I really noticed. 3 Things that annoy me in this book:
- The name, which mentions marginal tattoos and the mention of this word on almost every page of the book at least once, or even in series.
- categoricalness of the author - the feeling that in the statement of principles the author follows the approach that there is black and white, right and wrong, and the reader immediately becomes clear whose position is dominant.
- Examples are exclusive to sales – in this area, it is easy to enter KPI and many simple and clear motivation schemes are easily and rationally implemented, since the metrics taken do not lag far behind the process indicators they describe.
If you close your eyes to these features, then the book is easy and interesting to read ... and if you are a beginner in management, then it is useful:)
