CPO & CTO Club Meeting

Yesterday and today, I'm in the fun. CTO meetingIt was created by Avito and Product Camp. It all started yesterday with the fact that towards the evening we got together, got acquainted and played a game with coming up with ideas in teams and then we pitched them to each other. Then we went to dinner, where most of the guests shared stories about "decisions that changed my life," which in the end looked like a kaleidoscope:) Well, the evening ended relax time, where there was a cocktail casino, a lot of communication and hookahs:)

Today was supposed to start with yoga, but I decided to sleep and only got to lunch. Then the business game started.Black Square.In which we played in teams and made decisions in conditions of limited time and scattered information. I was lucky to have some cool guys on my London Bright Colors team and we built a great collaboration and tuned our tactics to the ever-changing rules. As a result, our team was the only one that never made a mistake in four rounds and overtook the second team in the second round. 10Percentage of points. I found this game really interesting, dynamic and developing cognitive flexibility. Then we will have a lecture by Vyacheslav Dubinin on the topic of the brain. (I recently listened to his lecture on brain and creativity as part of our MBA program. I was talking about it.). After Vyacheslav’s speech, we will be able to talk with him and ask questions, and then there will be dinner and reflection, after which we will go home:)

In general, if we talk about the event itself, it turned out to be rich and interesting. I was able to communicate with a lot of people, discuss interesting topics, pump cognitive flexibility and learn something new about the brain. Thanks to Avito and Product Camp for organizing such a great event!

P.S. In the photo, the members of my team from the first day, where my colleague, Sasha Krasnov, CTO Tinkoff Insurance, pitched from our team a story about the glamping franchise, which 10 It will become a unicorn... maybe:)
