AI in SDLC: From Assistants to Agents
3 October AI Boost Conference I'm going to give you a report. The very conference about real speeding up development with AI was organized by the Surf guys and about a month ago they invited me to speak with a continuation of my talk.Integrate AI into development processes in a large company"which I told in the summer at CTO Conf."
In a new report, I plan to talk about the transition from AI “assistants” mode. (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) Autonomous AI agents become full members of SDLC and interact with each other. The following topics will be addressed:
- Why it is so much talked about - the economic prerequisites and the impact on the workforce
- Why AI Agents are Essential to Setting Tasks and Knowing Project Context
- How the role of an engineer shifts towards the team of AI agents and what skills and thinking are required
- How we came to life this way and what agency tools appeared or shone in the world. 2025 year (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, ...)
- Like us. created our agency mode for development and how it shows itself in our scripts
- How does this relate to the fashionable "wibe coding", where a new promising programming language is seen in the English language?
