In less than a month there will be another one. architecture conferenceI am a member of the program committee. Just yesterday we finalized the program and it will be very dense:) At the same time, I will traditionally speak at the conference with a report “Architecture in T-Bank: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow”, in which I will talk about the development of approaches to design and architecture in T-Bank from the beginning of time to the present moment. I will try to explain the reasons why we changed and how we made the change. I'm going to talk about the processes and the people who design and why an architect is not a job, but a role. And I'll end by telling you where we're going next.
