Architecture at scale or how we at Tinkoff make architectural decisions

In recent days, I have been thinking about RFC, ADR, unification of approaches to system design, ensuring their reliability and so on. Finally, I decided to remember my own. speech Two years ago on ArchDays. Interestingly, since then, these approaches have taken root in our company and received good adoption within most of the management offices. But there are still issues of aligning these approaches and unification at the company level. This year we will do it and I think it will get even better, and at the end of the year I will talk about the results at the next ArchDays conference:)
