Book Review: The Manager’s Path – Part I (Pre-Manager)

I already am. told I took The Manager's Path with me on vacation to see the manager's journey through the eyes of Camille Fournier. During the rest, I swallowed this book and realized that I would have to review it – it seemed very useful for both beginners and continuing managers:) In first We will talk about the first third of the book, when an engineer accumulates the knowledge and skills that he will need as a manager. We will discuss the rest in the following parts.
