Code of Leadership 1 - Team topologies
Out. first This is my new engineering management book podcast. I decided to start this project with the popular book Team Topologies, for the analysis of which I called Stanislav Chalup, who for many years acted as a technical product manager and engineering manager, engaged in the development of IDP. (internal developer platform). For several years Stas and I have worked together and he has done a lot for the success of the changes I have talked about at various conferences.
In general, it was a pleasure to invite Stas to visit and get his opinion on the book "Team topologies", which has a lot of focus on stream-aligned and platform teams and their interaction. As a result, for an hour and a half we managed to discuss the book in detail, as well as outline a plan for further development of the applicability of the model itself, for example, in the direction of shift-left security and secure by design.
