At Tinkoff, we develop an internal product analytics platform called Statist and provide the necessary toolkit that allows you to collect customer events and telemetry from all web and mobile applications in Tinkoff. Visualize data in the form of analytical reports and metrics.
This product is strategic for the company, as it helps to collect data with which we Monitor changes in product and performance of client applications
- Responding to problems. (Our observability platform Sage for technical telemetry also helps.) Identify victims during crashes and find insights to improve UX in applications Statist supports data governance practices that improve data quality by marking up events with metadata about attributes, versions, applications, and responsibilities.
We search teams that are developing analytics data visualization tool.
The leader will Manage the development team: improve processes, motivate employees, ~~settle~~ maintain a constructive atmosphere Participate in recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of employees Plan the technical development of the product: work with technical debt, optimization and refactoring
- Participate in the development of system architecture, development of features and task specification Responsible for timely delivery of features Solve both backend and frontend tasks Conduct code review of teammates, monitor code quality standards Improve the code base of libraries, basic and support services Maintain external communication with other teams, stakeholders and managers
In order to qualify for a position, you must Have experience in managing the development team Be able to build processes within the team Experience with Node.js, React, Test Writing
- Ability to design APIs and applications (front, back) Know the basic architectural approaches and patterns
Separately, it will be a plus. Knowledge and skills in writing and optimizing analytical queries Experience with Clickhouse and Effector Skills in SDK development Practical skills with modern infrastructure: K8s and containers
The candidate will work under the leadership of Andrei(@tcandrei)He is responsible for the development of product analytics tools and a/b platform. Andrey can learn a lot – he is a strong technologist and knows how to systematically build development processes in his teams. (And I try to help Andrey with this, because I am his head and we spend a lot together in discussing the development of Statist and our a/b platform.).
